4. Business Owners & Classes
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the classes, schedules, and pricing they list, and for their interactions with students and parents through the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, harassing other users, or posting unlawful content.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Befundo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
